Company Profile

Pathologists' Regional Laboratory has operated as a full service clinical and anatomical laboratory since 1967.  Headed by Pathologists;  M. Wilson, M.D.,FCAP, K.Wilson,M.D.,FCAP, A. Peterson,M.D.,FCAP. PRL serves as a quality link between clinicians and patient care.  Our clinical facility is located within St. Joseph Regional Medical Center and is fully staffed by qualified Medical Technologists 24 hours a day.  Our anatomical site is located in Clarkston, Washington.  We also have a collection site in Pullman, Washington to serve the Palouse.  Outpatients can be drawn at Tri-State Memorial Hospital as well as the Lewiston and Pullman locations.

PRL is a local company that can provide you with immediate access to certified and support staff as well as medical testing results.

PRL subscribes to a comprehensive program of evaluation sponsored by the College of American Pathologists (CAP).  Inspections are conducted every two years in accordance to CAP guidelines, with alternate year self inspections.  We are also Medicare approved as well as CLIA and state licensed.
